McKinney Relay For Life - Bank Night
Bank night will be held at the Stonebridge United Methodist Church on
Tuesday, April 22, 2008. (Click
Here for Directions) (4:00 PM 8:00 PM CST)
Team Captains, all you have to do to make the night fun, fast and easy is to follow the
10 steps listed below:
1) Collect all of your team monies: (Cash, Checks, Money Orders) prior to
April 17th.
2) Separate all of your team members Luminaria monies from all other monies,
total and put in a separate envelope with all of the filled out Luminaria forms:
3) Separate all of the other monies collected into (3) different categories:
Cancer Facts, Matching funds and everything else
- Ensure Cancer Fact & Matching fund forms are completely filled out and attach monies to each corresponding
form with a paper clip.
- Matching fund forms are provided by the team members employer
- Cancer
Fact Forms are located on our website
4) Team Captains, on the back of the Team envelope, list each of your team members names and
the total amount of monies you are turning in for them. (The total equals Cancer
Facts monies, Matching funds and everything else added together)
Example: (On the back of your Team packet)
Team Recon
Jon Smith..............................$500.00
Sue Daily............................$1,000.00
Rachel Rogers.......................$150.00
Team Total...........................1,650.00
5) When you arrive at Stonebridge United Methodist church, you will be
greeted by an event relay team member. They will perform the following
verifications:
- Verify your luminaria forms and monies are separated and
totaled
- Verify all Cancer Facts forms and Matching Fund forms have monies attached
to each form.
- Ensure total monies are identified on the back of the team packet and
itemized by each team members
- Verify you have all of your team member scan-able release forms filled out and
signed (Scan-able release forms are located inside your team packet) - Forms
must be turned in in order to receive Team T-Shirts.
6) If you have everything prepared, they will provide you with a station checklist
7) Turn Monies over to a teller
8) Turn Luminaria monies over to the Luminaria teller
9) Pick up Team T-Shirts
10) Have a nice day
