Welcome Survivors
Please remember that all McKinney Relay For
Life Survivor events are free to you, your families, and your
caregivers. You don't
have to be registered on a Relay team and you don’t
have to be a resident of McKinney to be a part of the McKinney
Relay. All we ask is that you register and come have a great time!
Relay is a very special event, one that is dedicated to furthering cancer
research, supporting cancer patients and celebrating survivorship. Our society,
your family, friends, and peers are devoted to fighting cancer side by side with
you. Currently 1 in every 100 people have participated in a Relay For Life event
and the support of your surrounding community will show you how much we care!
Survivors are encouraged to be part of every aspect of Relay For Life and to
participate throughout the entire event. Every Relay includes a variety of
activities designed to recognize and honor cancer survivors, including a
Survivor Reception, Survivor Victory Lap, Luminaria Ceremony, and Survivor Tent
Celebration.

Survivor Registration
Registering as a survivor will entitle you for a designated t-shirt or sash
proclaiming your triumph over cancer and a winning spotlight during the whole 12
hour event! Please come, the event wouldn't be the same without you!!
