Internet Survivor and Care Givers Instructions

1.     First, print these instructions. ( The whole process will take about a minute of your time)

2.     Double Click on Step 2  'Internet Registration_Link'

3.     Select 'I Agree" this is your acceptance to the 'American Cancer Society Waiver/Agreement'

4.     Select "Join as an Individual"

5.     Fill out the Standard registration information: Name, Address, E-mail etc.

·       * - indicates required information needed (All other information can be inputted at your discretion)

6.     Create your own ID and Password. (Create a security question for when you forget you ID and password.)

7.     Select either 'Survivor' or "Caregiver" (There are no related chargers )

8.     Select your "T-Shirt" size - (PURPLE Relay T-Shirt for Survivors - White T-Shirts for Caregivers)

9.     Select Continue wait ?.. Select Continue again

That's it. Congratulation
